Registration Information
student to pay tuition fees when they register: (payable one semester or each month).
6-9 years old group of students (children interested in painting the Enlightenment) to provide color pencil, watercolor, gouache paint, drawing paper and lesson plans. Other age groups is advisable to bring painting materials. Provide easel and teaching aids.
Student registrations, if special circumstances should not schedule classes, please notify the studio in advance and arrange for remedial time (current month); otherwise, non-attendance as voluntary treatment, without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
Students in a formal register, if needed to return because of the short-term suspension of classes, will be in communication with their teachers, while others make arrangements.
Procedure
Registration can be made by mail, and in person; by telephone, fax or on-line. Your registration is valid once full payment is made and processed. Please let us know if you wish a receipt. Registrations are on a first-come first-served basis as soon as term schedules are available. Teens and children's classes are limited to 5 - 6 students per class, with the exception of Kinder Kids which is limited to 4 and Free to Be Three which is limited to 6. Adult classes are limited to 6 students per class. Your payment of the registered art class will assure you of your place in the class. Classes may be postponed due to enrolment numbers, please call the studio to confirm start date. We do not call students if a class is running, only in the event of cancelling a class.
Discounts
The second child or teen's course in the same family by a sibling or by the same person if registered in the same term can get a 10% discount fee. This discount is not applicable to adults. Seniors (65 years or older) receive a 20% discount upon presentation of identification.
Student Absences
The studio cannot be responsible for classes missed by students. However, in certain cases students who have to miss a class may obtain their instructor's permission to attend a different class given by that instructor on another day of the week. The substitution must be made in the same term as the missed class. This does not apply to camps.
